The service

ShopStore provides online stores: we set up, host, update and back up your store, and give you the tools to manage it. The features and limits of your store depend on the plan you choose.

Your plan and payments

• Plans are paid in advance, month by month, by the payment methods we accept. We send a receipt for every payment.
• We remind you before your plan ends. If it isn't renewed, your store keeps working for 7 days, then it closes to shoppers until you renew.
• When your store is closed, your products, orders and settings are kept safe for a reasonable time.
• Prices may change; a new price applies from your next payment and we tell you in advance.

Your store and your content

• You own your content: products, pictures, texts and customer orders.
• You are responsible for what you sell and publish, for your prices and for serving your customers, and for following the laws that apply to your business.
• Texts written with the AI writer are suggestions; check them before you publish them.
• You must not use your store for illegal products, fraud, spam or content that harms others. We may close a store that does.

Your account

Keep your password private. Sign-in codes are sent to your email to protect your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

Availability and backups

We work to keep your store online and back it up every day, but we can't promise that the service will never be interrupted. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control.

Ending the service

You can stop at any time by not renewing your plan. On request, we can give you a copy of your store's data. Stores that stay closed for a long time may be deleted after we let you know.
