Who we are
ShopStore builds and hosts online stores for businesses. This policy explains what we do with information on this website and in our client portal. Each store we host has its own privacy policy for its shoppers, published by the store owner.
What we collect
- When you use our contact form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, city, the plan you are interested in and your message.
- When you become a client: your contact details, the details of your stores and the payments you make for your plan.
- When you sign in to the portal: your email address, your password (stored encrypted) and the sign-in codes we email to you.
- Technical information needed to run the service, such as the date of a visit and error logs.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions and set up your store.
- To run, protect and back up your store.
- To send you receipts, reminders before your plan ends and important notices about your store.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with services we need to run our business, such as our email provider. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Messages from the contact form are kept for as long as we are in touch with you. Client and payment records are kept for as long as you are a client and as required by law. Store backups are kept for a limited number of days.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for the contact form and for signing in to the portal. We do not use advertising cookies.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
